Privacy Policy, WiiND

You hereby consent to the processing of your personal data by WiiND and our subcontractors in connection with your application for a position or registration in our database in accordance with what is stated below.

We use Emply’s HR platform, and data is stored in our database for up to 6 months after entry or the project’s completion. The data will then automatically be deleted unless you actively choose to renew the submitted data by another 6 months. You will be informed by e-mail at the end of the period.

If you are employed in continuation of a recruitment process, your data will be stored for up to 2 years after the project has been completed for the sake of a possible warranty period.

We ask you to only include personal data that are relevant for the purpose. You may not send us your CPR number, or any information such as health conditions, religion etc. that is not essential to the purpose of registration.

Purpose of registration

WiiND will process personal data on you that appear from your application, your CV and other relevant material such as diplomas, references and the like. Besides this, WiiND will/might process personal data on you from third parties, f.i. LinkedIn, online searchers or references from former employers.

The purpose of processing your personal data is:

  • in connection with recruitment processes in cooperation with potential employers
  • to provide you with relevant information, i.e. regarding available jobs
  • and for any other related purpose within our business area

Legal basis for processing your personal data

We comply with current Danish and EU legislation in relation to GDPR. All personal information is treated confidentially. We only use the data we need to be able to carry out our consulting and recruitment processes.

The legal basis for processing your common personal data is the consideration to making arrangements on your request prior to entering a contract or to pursue the legal interests of WiiND such as recruitment of the most qualified candidates for a certain position – including evaluation of applicants, etc.

Any inquiries to former employers will only happen after your specific prior consent.

Sometimes, we obtain personal data on you from third parties such as LinkedIn, from an online search, etc., and process these personal data without you having sent us a job application, a CV or other relevant material before. If you are considered for a relevant position, we will contact you by phone or mail, and in this connection, you will be further informed about the processing of your personal data in connection with this process.

Recipients of your personal data

WiiND has engaged with certain data processors f.i. Emply that perform a number of tasks on behalf of WiiND. These data processors will get access to your personal data. The data processors can only legally access and process your personal data according to documented instructions from WiiND and in preparation for meeting the specific purposes established by WiiND. The data processors can thus not process your personal data for own purposes.

If you are considered for a position at a customer of Humain ApS, we will exchange your personal data with this customer after your prior consent.

Transfer of your personal data to third countries (outside of EU/EEA)

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries with an inadequate level of protection.

Period for keeping

We will keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above.

We recommend that you keep your data updated in our recruitment database. You can correct or delete your data at any time by accessing your profile in our database.
